About Us
Randolph Consulting is a Licensed Professional Fundraiser. The firm specializes in grant proposal development and fund raising consulting, strategic planning facilitation, organizational development and organizational design for non-profit, for-profit and governmental organizations.
Randolph Consulting engages other professionals and support staff as needed and seeks additional perspective from its network of professional contacts to meet clients’ objectives on a case by case basis. We stay abreast of the latest techniques and best practices for the benefit of our clients by participating in seminars through the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Northsky Nonprofit Network. We continually refresh our skills to build on formal class work taken at the Indiana University Fund Raising School at Indiana University/Purdue University – Indianapolis and the Grantsmanship Center held in Madison, Wisconsin.
Randolph Consulting is owned by Mark Randolph, Principle, who has over 20 years of non-profit and for-profit business experience, including 16 years as the Executive Director of the Grass River Natural Area, a non-profit corporation in Bellaire, Michigan. During his tenure at Grass River he worked with staff and volunteers to increase the organization’s income from $36,000 per year to over $1 million per year during its capital campaign.
We are not successful unless you are successful. Mr. Randolph has written more than thirty successful grant proposals worth over $4 million from Federal, State, private, and local foundations and agencies. He is also frequently invited to facilitate strategic planning sessions for large and small non-profits and units of government in Michigan.
Randolph Consulting works as your trusted personal guide through the intricate process of grant proposals, fundraising and strategic planning for your organization. All client information is confidential. Donor lists and potential funder information remain the exclusive property of the client.
